As an approved partner of The Law Society, you can licence the TA forms from ProConvey. To licence the TA forms, you must complete the form below and pay the licence fee.
Official TA Conveyancing Forms licence from ProConvey for just £3,200 + VAT per year. This will include authorised use of both digital and hard-copy versions of these transaction forms.
Our clear three-step licensing process:
Provide basic details in the form provided. Your application is then subject to The Law Society's standard due diligence checks.
Pay your annual licence fee securely. You'll receive immediate confirmation of payment and receipt. The Law Society wil not reasonably refuse a licence, but if they do for any reason, you will receive a full and immediate refund.
Upon payment, we'll submit your application to The Law Society for their standard due diligence and approval. Once your application has been approved, we'll send you the forms via email.
