As an approved partner of The Law Society, you can licence the TA forms from ProConvey. To licence the TA forms, you must complete the form below and pay the licence fee.
Official TA Conveyancing Forms licence from ProConvey for £3,200 + VAT per office, per year. This includes authorised use of both digital and hard-copy versions of these transaction forms.

Pay your annual licence fee securely, charged at £3,200 + VAT for each office you licence. You'll receive immediate confirmation of payment and receipt. The Law Society will not reasonably refuse a licence, but if they do for any reason, you will receive a full and immediate refund.
After payment, we review your application and contact you for any further details we need, then submit it to The Law Society for their standard due diligence and approval. Once approved, we'll send you the forms.
