End User Licence Agreement

1. No mobile app
ProConvey does not publish a mobile app in the Apple App Store or Google Play. The ProConvey platform is web-based software provided by ProConvey Limited.
2. What governs your use of the software
Your use of the ProConvey software is governed by:
- the licence agreement between ProConvey Limited and your organisation, which sets out the licence to use the software, its restrictions, fees, service levels, data protection terms and liability; and
- our website Terms and Conditions and our Acceptable Use Policy.
If they conflict, the licence agreement wins. There is no separate end user licence agreement. A copy of our standard licence agreement is available on request.
