1. About this policy
This policy explains how ProConvey Limited ("ProConvey", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.proconvey.co.uk, and how you can control them. We follow the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and the UK GDPR.
ProConvey Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 13905278, registered office 45 Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files placed on your computer or phone when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, work in the same way. Cookies set by us are "first-party" cookies. Cookies set by another organisation, for example the provider of an embedded video, are "third-party" cookies.
3. How we use them
We group cookies into these categories:
- Essential: needed for the website to work and to keep it secure. These cannot be switched off in the Cookie Preference Center.
- Performance and functionality: make features work better, for example embedded videos. Without them some features may not be available.
- Analytics and customisation: help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
- Advertising: set by some third-party content, such as embedded videos, and used by those providers for their own purposes, which can include advertising.
- Unclassified: cookies that have not yet been placed in a category.
All categories other than essential are optional, and you choose whether to accept them.
4. Your choices
- Use the Cookie Preference Center, available from the cookie banner and on our website, to accept or reject each non-essential category. You can change your choice at any time.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the website may not work.
5. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies on our website change. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
6. More information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. For questions, contact our Data Protection Officer: Christopher Scantlebury, chris.scantlebury@proconvey.co.uk
