Yes. You can build independent milestone journeys for Sale, Purchase, Remortgage and Transfer. Remortgages and transfers skip the stages they don't need, while sales and purchases keep the full journey.

Is there any setup required?

No. Switch case milestones on and a sensible default flow of Onboarding, Exchange and Completion is ready from day one. When you're ready, open the milestone editor to customise the journey - your changes apply going forward with no disruption to live cases.

Can I customise the milestones?
