ProConvey has announced the full integration of The Search Bureau’s search services into its system, enabling conveyancers to order property searches directly within the ProConvey workspace.

The Search Bureau offers a full conveyancing search solution for both residential and commercial property transactions — from local authority, environmental, drainage and water, mining, and planning reports as well as AML checks, quote conversion, case-management services and compliance support.

The integration gives law firms a faster, more efficient way to access these searches and manage results, all without leaving the case file. It also allows users to communicate directly with The Search Bureau team through the ProConvey portal, keeping updates and support in one place.
